Founded in 1956, The D.K. Buck Company has, for the last twenty-five years, focused primarily on the construction, leasing, and management of suburban office space in northwest Columbus. We built the buildings. We own the buildings. And we manage the buildings. We understand small business, and offer our tenants a level of attention and service large corporate ownership cannot provide. Unlike most commercial management companies, we are located on-site, allowing an immediate response to tenant calls and service requests.

After nearly fifty years in the business, our construction experience includes a wide variety of projects, ranging from custom homes to office buildings to industrial plants and manufacturing facilities. We directly oversee and manage all repairs, improvements, and build-outs at our properties. And we have, over five decades, established long-term relationships with many vendors and subcontractors. As a result, we can offer our tenants prompt service, expert support, and a wide range of choices regarding building components, fixturing, and finishes.
